This membership is the initial 3 month commitment to the online nutrition coaching program. This program is based around eating a prescribed amount of macro-nutrients (proteins, carbs, and fats) daily, based on your starting point, and your goals. This initial membership includes an assessment of your current activity level, health history, goals, and general background information. Once an assessment has been completed, a personalized program will be created. Along with this, will come an introductory information package explaining the program, and giving you valuable information for your success in the program. You will check in with your coach weekly via email. Each week your progress will be re-assessed, based on data and communication between you, and your coach. There is no " One size fits all" nutrition program, and progress can take time. This program requires a minimum 3 month commitment. In many cases, goals may be met in this time, and the knowledge acquired could be all you need. In some cases, three months is just the tip of the iceberg. Following the initial three month commitment, should you choose to continue your journey, the program will be month to month. Note: This is an Online Check In, Once Per Week. There is no in-person check-in required.
